This is a Pre + Post Natal (4:1) Reformer session.
Specifically designed for women who are at any stage of their pregnancy or into their post-natal journey. Bubs are welcome too! (Just until crawling stage where things might get a little more hazardous)
You can expect a safe and challenging workout which focuses on strengthening the muscle groups that change during and after pregnancy.
